Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Period 01st November to 19th December and Period 11th January to 31st March
- All bookings which are reserved during the above periods must be secured with deposit at least one night payment or 10% of package price.
- Deposit shall be hold to secure the booking and shall be deducted from the total bill when departing from the resort.
- In case of cancellation, the notice of cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. The deposit shall be deducted 10% of the deposit payment for the administration cost and the remaining amount will be refunded back to credit card.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date or no show on the arrival date, the deposit shall be NON-REFUNDABLE without notice.
- If departing earlier than the reservation period, one extra night shall be added to the actual stay and some package might be re-calculated for the package rate.

Period 20th December to 10th January
- All bookings which are reserved during the above periods must be secured with full prepayment of room rate and compulsory gala dinner.
- Deposit shall be hold to secure the booking and shall be deducted from the total bill when departing from the resort.
- In case of cancellation, the notice of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date. The deposit shall be deducted 10% of the deposit payment for the administration cost and the remaining amount will be refunded back to credit card.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date or no show on the arrival date, the deposit shall be NON-REFUNDABLE without notice.
- If departing earlier than the reservation period, the remaining deposit shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Period 01st April to 31st October
- All bookings which are reserved during the above periods must be secured with deposit at least one night payment or 10% of package price.
- Deposit shall be hold to secure the booking and shall be deducted from the total bill when departing from the resort.
- In case of cancellation, the notice of cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date. The deposit shall be deducted 10% of the deposit payment for the administration cost and the remaining amount will be refunded back to credit card.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date or no show on the arrival date, the deposit shall be NON-REFUNDABLE without notice.
- If departing earlier than the reservation period, one extra night shall be added to the actual stay and some package might be re-calculated for the package rate.
